WOOD DOORS & UNITS

Though there are many products we offer, this truly is the mainstay of our business at CWI. Our wood door slabs and entry units are known for their beauty, attention to detail, and overall high levels of craftsmanship, all of which keep us near the top in our industry. We skillfully blend the highest skills of our craftsmen with some of the top-quality lumbers in the country, and combine them both with both new and old world techniques and technology to craft the doors that many thought only dreams could create.

For our door's construction, we use both traditional dowels and lag bolting to ensure the best possible products. Almost all of our stile and rail doors feature engineered stiles, which aid in the reduction of warpage and overall weight while ensuring a longer lasting product. Solid stiles are available upon request as well, and most of our rails are made from either laminated lumber or one-piece solid wood. An increasing number of our parts are machined on one of our CNC routers, which make the most impossible of shapes become a reality and yet keep the fit and finish to as tight of tolerances as possible. At Century Woodwork, we try everyday to find new, more efficient and green-friendly ways to manufacture our products, while still holding strong to our roots as a handcrafted custom woodworking facility. Most of our parts are cut and machined on-site, which helps keep waste and lead times down and control our costs to deliver you the best price in the quickest time and at the best price possible. We have partnered with leaders in the industry in the areas of hardware, lumber, and adhesives and they keep us up-to-date on the best products available on the market for the products we are trying to create. We utilize locks and hardware from Truth and Cal-Royal, sills and other door products from Young Manufacturing and Endura, and feature multi-point locking systems from W&F Manufacturing. We purchase lumber from such well-known suppliers as US Lumber, Bozovich Timber and Travis Creek, as well as PVC trimboards & sheets from Azek & Certainteed. We don't buy the least expensive, we buy the best because we know that's what our customers expect and that's what we expect to give them.

OTHER FEATURES

In addition to these features, we also include in-house pre-hanging for all of our doors units, as well as knock-down (KD) door frames to fit your existing holes, or situations where you simply need a replacement frame for an old door that you love. We also offer custom Cased Openings (in our specialty section), custom pediments and pilasters, and custom columns to fit our door units and their openings. We really are quickly becoming a one-stop shop for many of your door and window needs.
